My name is Ed Hausen. I live in Alvin, Texas and work at a not-for-profit children's hospital in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. I am the Director of Security and the Director of Volunteers.

I am also the owner of "The Rocking Hausen Ranch." The Rocking Hausen is a small horse ranch in Alvin, Texas. We have six horses at present. Three quarterhorses, one quarterhorse/Arabian, one full blooded Arabian and one American Mustang.

I started this blog to have a place to express my thoughts, tell my stories and perhaps share with family and friends.

I will be writing on many and varied subjects; some truth, some fiction and some Art Bellian -- oh wait that should be George Norrian .
